Our Programs
The Team Trade Program/Partnerships (TTP/TTPP) is a workforce development initiative aimed at providing exceptional solutions that will support employers, labor unions, state agencies, and educational institutions to cultivate dynamic workforces for the ever-changing needs of the global marketplace. Additionally, TTP focuses on preparing high school seniors, particularly varsity student athletes, and adult learners for full-time trade apprenticeships through an eight-week Multi Core Craft Curriculum (MC3). The program collaborates with local unions, high schools (HS), and Career and Technical Centers (CTCs) to deliver this curriculum and provide access to training facilities, tours, and mock interviews.
